Booking and Payment

• All bookings must be made by persons aged 18 years or over.
• A deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance due [time period] before the hire period begins.
• Payments can be made via cash / UPI/ bank transfer.
• All Tolls, Taxes and Parking Fee are borne by the customer

Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations must be notified with proper communication.
• If you cancel your booking more than 1 week before the hire period, you will receive a full refund minus a handling fee.
• Cancellations made within 2days of the hire date may result in the loss of your deposit or a percentage of the total cost.

Use of the Caravan

• The caravan may only be used at the agreed location and for the duration of the hire period.
• Subletting or assigning the hire to another party is prohibited.
• You agree to maintain the caravan in a clean and tidy state and return it in the same condition it was in at the start of the hire.

Occupancy

• The caravan must not exceed the maximum occupancy number agreed upon at the time of booking. In this case the vehicle will return in such cases without any refund
• Pets are allowed and not incur any additional charge.

Damages and Breakages

• You are responsible for any damage or breakages that occur during your stay.
• Any damages to the vehicle either temporary or permanent, done by the customer will be fully reimbursed by the customer to the extent that the vehicle is fully back up in to operation

Liability

• Gowithflow caravans accepts no liability for any personal injury, loss or damage to personal belongings during the hire period.
• Insurance for personal belongings is strongly recommended.

Compliance with Laws and Regulations

• You agree to comply with all local laws and regulations related to the use and occupancy of the caravan.

Motorist Driven

• Influencing the Motorist to drive rash or abusing our chauffeurs in anyway is strictly prohibited. All complaints must be directed to Gowithflow at any point in time before, during or after the journey.
• In motorist driven caravan, maximum driving duration is for 12Hrs and 350Kms only [whichever occurs first]. We reserve the right to stop the journey as it is not good for neither the chauffeur nor the car for prolonged journeys.
• Our motorist must be treated with respect, dignity and humility. Abusing them in any manner might lead to legal action against the customer.

General

• Children below the age of 18 can’t travel alone and must be accompanied by an adult at all times
• Airport transfers are not part of the outstation/local trips. Please verify with us if you are planning Airport pickup/Drop off service.
• We usually have a good mix of latest and previous generation caravans in the fleet. We strive to send you the latest editions based on availability and can’t guarantee new ones always. If you have specific requirements for certain models, please call us and specify the requirement so that we can explore the serviceability.
• In case of any communal riots, natural disaster or any other threats that our chauffeurs encounter during the trip, we may call back the caravan without prior notice to the customer.
• Caravan are issued to the person who contacts and sends details to Gowithflow. If at any point in time we found that the caravan is being driven by a different person or used for a different purpose, we can cancel the trip abruptly and recall the caravan without any refunds.
• Customer name used in the Booking invoice will finally be responsible for all T&C mentioned here in order to return the caravan in the condition given.

Illigal Activities

• Carrying illegal Fire arms, ammunition, drugs or any other illegal activities is prohibited and the journey shall be continued and vehicle returns the moment it is found out
• In case if the caravan is used for any illegal activities, the customer will be completely responsible for the entire issue including the compensation to us.

Termination

• Gowithflow caravans reserves the right to terminate the hire agreement and require immediate vacation of the caravan if these terms and conditions are breached.

Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction].
